My stay at this hotel was quite frustrating. Despite having reported issues with the air conditioning, nothing was resolved, making it tough to get a good night's sleep. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive, which added to the disappointment. While I appreciated the polite cleaning staff, the overall experience fell short of expectations.
